Welcome to Yoga Bliss. Located in Berkeley, California (and serving Oakland, San Francisco and the Bay Area).

Yoga teachings are offered for all levels: public classes in local studios; private classes & yoga therapy in an intimate studio environment. Julie Rappaport’s classes are adapted to individual needs, and interests. Her public classes are a dynamic mix of flowing yoga sequences, (Vinyasa) and deeply held poses, woven with the teachings of non-dual philosophy, mindfulness, and other spiritual paths. Julie’s teaching is warm, inspirational, and adventurous. She has a strong intuitive way of working with the body/mind, healthy alignment, and engaging students to be themselves, as they are. Join her on the renewing path of practice and freedom.

Yoga Classes are on-going Monday 6PM & Friday evenings 5:30PM at Yoga Mandala ( Telegraph ave at Stuart Street in Berkeley) Classes are mixed level 1-3

Yoga therapy is offered for those interested in general prevention and wellness, and for those needing specific treatments for chronic pain, back/neck other injury, illness, mood, mental health, pregnancy, and variety of other needs.

Psychotherapy grounded in the body/ spirit is offered, using yoga and other practices (Authentic Movement, Mindfulness) linked to the counseling process.
